What we truly do is search for the truth. We are not here to give subjective opinions about an investigation. We use objectivity in all of our matters. Think of it as agreeing on the weight of a scale. The device tells us a weight and we generally all agree on the weight. Unlike the subjective, like taste. Can we agree what an apple tastes like? This is sort of how we work.
The fact is your in a situation that is more than a little uncomfortable.Your probably going through a great deal of fear and uncertainty. We are here to help you. So here's how it works.
When you contact us, our case manager,will speak with you and hear your story.They will ask you a few questions, take notes on your situation as well as listen to your concerns.We'll process your request according to urgency. Obviously families with children and/or dangerous situations generally have priority as we want to help you from having to worry about your child's health and safety.
On the appointed time and date our crew will arrive to your residence. We'll bring recording equipment as well as various Technological meter's that we use to take readings on the environment. In short we'll perform the investigation.
Your comfort is also top priority. We will make sure your fully informed as to what we are doing and why. We'll talk to you and listen more fully to your problem and situation. It is important that we bring a level-headed and professional atmosphere to your home, after all we are here to help you in a difficult time.
Your confidentiality is also our concern. If you don't want any of your information known to the public or other's, we guarantee your information will be kept private. We will not disclose any information about your location and I assure you it will be case sensitive.
At the end of the investigation we will share our findings with you, give you a copy of the research files and our information. You can always calls us again if you have any questions or concerns.
We don't charge for any of our services. We are a non-profit organization and we do not require any money. All funding for our operation is out of pocket. If anyone does insist on placing a donation all proceed's will go towards more equipment to help more families. If you truely want to help, good and honest referals is a great method.
